Live Arrival Guarantee
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. If you have any concerns during transit, please contact us immediately. We are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our customers and their bioactive terrariums.
We guarantee that your live isopods arrive healthy and active. If they are not alive upon arrival, we will replace them at no cost to you.

Our Return Policy

If your isopods or bioactive crew do not arrive alive and healthy, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate our return process.
